If you haven’t been to Denver’s most creative neighborhood, then you’re missing out. The River North Art District (or RiNo as the locals call it) is one of our city’s most creative and “artsy” hubs.
RiNo was originally an industrial neighborhood within the larger Five Points area, filled with warehouses, factories, and auto repair shops. In 2005, local artists joined forces and created the River North Art District with the desire to create a creative community that would connect the artists that made the area their home.
Dublin Development is excited about our newest duplex projects in the heart of RiNo. The Lawrence project will be 4 units, each 2,200 square feet and consisting of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
